in 4.3 Hybrid. is the Bluetooth can recieve .apk files and other type of files. cause in JB i notice you need to change the file to .jpeg in order to send files to THL T100s

After T100s-SU, 3G signal is not good, Indoors , more often than not , the signal breaks up when something cuts your invisible tether to the heavens, but , su-rom is good. so I only use su-rom!!
