Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Where is the international rom with google app? I donwloaded this file from thl china and i miss all google app
can you reupload thl w9 official rom agian, because the rar file is bad.
Flash tool doesn't work and when I try to add scatter file, it says it's incorrect. Please help.

i had the same problem with this rom. no google apps!
i manage to root and install superuser and busy box.
using eroot_v1.3.4 found on net you can root the THL W9. (you have to get the usb drivers from the official site of MTK6589T chipset Mediatek and debugging enabled)
then i follow this http://forum.xda-developers.co.....72266 to sideload with adb superuser and busy box. check with Root Check pro and root checker if rooting is succesfull. Found .apk files on internet. was succesfull !
theorotically now we can get google apps by setting permitions ?? i dont know. i still search for this.

I have flashed this ROM to my Phone, and it seemed to work ok apart from a few crashed Apps. The main problem is that the Bluetooth does not connect to my devices any more. Neither my BT keyboard (HID)or BT Headphones will find the W9 phone. I have now flased the stock EN Rom back to the phone and everything is working again. Has there been any alteration to the Bluetooth stack in this ROM?
