This device has been rooted and oem unlocked from the begenning.
Just enter fastboot mode and flash the ROM.
How to enter fastboot mode:
Shutdown the device completely.
Press and keep holding power and volup buttons for 10 secs.
When iRULU logo appears release power button but keep holding volup button for 10 secs.
Release volup button. iRULU logo remains but now the device is fastboot mode.
If the bootanimation start, you failed to enter fastboot mode. Retry the process above.
