     Nope, Doogee won't update to Lollipop I think and they also never released source code.

   I do not think it will be for Lollipop DG550. But it can TWRP help in solving problems. I believe that the latest version is on the official site. Why not be for Dogee 550?

   Lollipop 5.1.1 based in CM 12.1 is unofficial port for dg550 with some bugs. 

   for porters visit: http://www.mtkroms.com/search?.....t6592  search 5.1 rom and try port this.

   The screen was zoomed in so could not get to the swipe to install a zip,had to go back to 2.8.1.0 ,with Mobileuncle's update recovery.
