DESCRIPTION
TWRP_v2.6.3.0_CN- supported for cn partition .(chinese)
TWRP_v2.6.3.0_7z_ROW – supported for row partition ( rest of world)
TWRP_v2.7.0.0_CN – supported for cn partition only.
Download the zip file , extract the the boot.img and move to the root directory of the sd card .
Then from Google Play Store, install Rashr or Mtk Mobile Uncle Tool and Rebooter apps .
Rashr tool ->flash recovery img file for all devices including MTK .
MTK Mobile uncle -> flash recovery img file for MTK devices only .
In Rashr or MTK Tool ->select flash recovery->select boot.img to flash. Then TWRP screen pop up instanly .
To boot in recovery mode ->Rebooter->select boot recovery .
If you encounter problem pls use SP Flash Tool 5.13.48.

To replace your original Lenovo stock recovery with TWRP u need to root your device .
Rooting method pls refer to this link : http://vrootdownload.com/
Once rooted and reboot you will find Kinguser App on yor screen To verify root status , get Root Checker from Google Play Store .
Kinguser allow u to gain root access and manage apps.
But before you proceed , you know it will void your phone warranty !!!

I have an S650_ROW_S305_140820 Official ROM(ROOTED myself ) and i have tried installing a custom recovery in all possible ways. downloading MTK MobileUncleTools and flashing it manually through SP Flash Tools V5.1352.200 and it showed that it flashed with the green circle with a tick but still in the end when i try to go in to the custom recovery i get the same built in chinese menu which i dont even know how to read…
any help please?
Your phone not rooted yet, that is why twrp cannot replace stock recovery although successfully flashed . Are u checked with root checker yet from Play Store ?
Have u check ur phone has Kinguser app installed?
Try Vroot or Root Genuis , u can i find from google search . Install on ur pc and click to root .
Once rooted will have Kinguser app installed , then proceed to install Superuser latest version (chainfire) from Play Store .
Make sure update ur Superuser binary files manually after reboot .
