DESCRIPTION
Extract in c twrp and spflashtools,
To flash the phone power off, vol + and vol -, and plug the usb.
Once flash ok then unplug and vol + and power…. then select recovery in the menu with vol + and accept with vol -
Wait and good luck 
The first boot on twrp maybe it was in russian, see in the pdf how to change language
After success you can flash the last supersu zip flashable, xposed….
