I purposely left out details and links on how to obtain and use SP Flash tools, so you only use this image if you know what you're doing,
This file is for flashing with SP Flash tool,
- use scatter file from X5max stock rom (available here in needrom)
- uncheck everything except recovery
- replace recovery with posted file
- flash
- boot with pwr & vol+
- select recovery
- voila!!
Once you've done a full backup (it's the first thing you should do!!!) , then you may download latest supersu (UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00-00000000000000.zip worked fine for me) and install it to get root

I’m afraid I can’t. The one I made was with my X5max (not pro), crossing my fingers and doing all the backups ans tests I could think of so I minimized risk of bricking it. I wouldn’t risk building something that I couldn’t even test and then felling bad because it bricked your phone.
CIf you look at hte beginnig of the tutotial in the link, you’ll see that Cleopatra offers to build the image for a donation of 5$
But if you know how to remover from a semibrick with SP flash, then following Cleopatra’s tutorial should be straightforward. Just some hints:
-Do not try to test the image by using fastbooot. At least the X5max ignores it and it only works when flashed
-Follow the tutorial exactly. I started being too smart and replacing also the recovery/fstab file. TWRP booted but didn’t see any filesystem.
-(not really related to building TWRP): Manually read the scatter file for your model and, typing the numbers in the “ReadBack” tab of SP Flash tool, backup *all* your memory regions. This might come handy if someday you flash something bad and want to recover.

Please tell me how? I tried to download this file and use with the offical scatter.txt (include the offical update and change the location with this img) but dosen't work. Always run with the offical recovery mode. Pls help me cause this fu.kin anyoing popups kill me too. Thank u.
When trying to flash the recovery, I get the message "pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded". MAybe the scatter file is wrong?
Solved the issue "pmt changed" (I was using a wrong scatter file), but TWRP don't install. SP flash seems to flash the recovery without problem, but I keep the stock recovery, not TWRP.
Finally done! I downladed the TWRP again and worked fine, maybe there was some problem with previous download. Thank you!
after flashing and booting the phone with pwr and volume + i see chinese letters, i dont know what to select from there

lol, i was pressing volume down instead of volume up, ok i enetered recovery mode, but is it supposed i have to install TWRP from there?
