With SpFlashTools or an earlier version of TWRP with the flash option img.
Can't do it with mobil uncle?
To try to setup with MobileUncle council to rename the file in recovery.img
Better with an earlier version of TWRP using the flash img.

After formatting the internal memory can not get to it.
