   what devices is this for, some blackview phones are kitkat only other are lollipop,

     ah man a lot of blackview phones are 64 bit but they still make and sell 32 bit with android 5.1?

     this is an A8 recovery image

     A8 is mt6580, it might work on other 32bit mt6580 devices like the A5 and maybe even bv2000s but it will not work on mt6592 like zeta, crown etc, it certenly will not work on 64bit phones like the mt6753 bv5000, omega pro, etc.

     you should change the post's title as it's ,issleading and a lot of people will brick their devices.
