Custom recovery for Cubot Note S compiled form sources , two versions:
- MDSTWRP_3.0.2-6ES_LL: version for android 5 roms (and android 6 roms but with LL partition format)
- MDSTWRP_3.0.2-6ES_MM: version for android 6 roms (only for roms with MM partition format)

- Automatic MTP conection with pc, not necesary to disable MTP an re-enable again.
- Default language Spanish.
- Better spanish translation and text adjusted to buttons size.
- Default time format: 24h.
- Default time format: Berlin, Brussels, Paris.
- Default brightness: 66%.
- Defaultactivated screen 120 secs.
- Default navbar inverted, same position as lower buttons on phone
Installation:
Via SPFlashtools:
Download the zip file and uncompress it, inside you have the recovery.img and the scatter file needed for flashtools installation. Ussual way to proceed with Flashtools.
Very important, when you get the green tick, disconnect your device and boot on recovery mode, in case you don´t do that and you restart system normally this recovery will be changed by the system for the original one.
Via Flashify:
Install it from Playstore, open app and go to: Recovery image>Choose a file>go where you have this recovery downloaded and sellect it>Normal way>Reboot.
It will rebbot in recovery mode and done.
Via other TWRP:
Boot on recovery mode, pick install and then image, browse where you have the files recovery.img and then just install.

Works with the old CHIP eMMC (HAG2e or Q823MB) -> Newest Android 6 is V5.0_20160815
Works NOT with the new CHIP eMMC (DL2016) -> With Android 6 Version V5.0 20160912
I have the new CHIP with MM i ported manually,but does not show the internal memory or the sd card, what s wrong ??
got new recovery 3.1.0 ported for my mt5735 cubot dinosaur and you can port for c.note s ,only backup and restore dosent work from pc ,if anyone known how to make work plz write here …thenks
Hi, when trying to flash I get an error message: PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded. I this it has something to do with my chip? Pls help thanks!!!
The "error message: PMT changed for the ROM" is because of the scatter file. I get the same error every time I tried to flash the recovery using the scatter from zip. Then I loaded the latest rom scatter file and I changed the recovery path from sp flash tool. After that the recovery flashed without errors from first try. I get the device yesterday, so I suppose that I have the new EMMC chip.
can i port this for mt6735a
succesfull port to mt6735 and backup and restore tool worked ,and restore wich dosent work on other recoverys from pc
