Руководство:
ATTENTION!! After the installation of the recovery, under the condition of allowing changes in the system, it is necessary to install SuperSU, otherwise the system will not boot .
1. To install TWRP, you must unblock the boot loader. As a result of unlocking you will receive a completely clean phone: all user data and programs will be erased! In the "Settings" menu of the smartphone, activate the "For Developers" menu (usually by repeatedly clicking on the build number in the "About phone" tab) and select from the menu "Enable Factory Unlock" and "enable USB debugging". Switch off the machine.
2. Put the device in the "fastboot" mode by pressing the key combination up and power off from the turned off state, selecting from the appeared text menu bootloader option "fastboot".
3. Connect the smartphone cable to the USB port of your computer (in the Device Manager, the Android ADB Interface device should appear), set the required ADB drivers and unpack the archive into the ADB folder, which should be in the root of the C drive
4. Run the command line and type in it
cd c: ADB
5.After enter enter the command:
fastboot devices
if everything is installed and connected correctly, as a result of the command you will have to get the output of your smartphone's line:
0123456789ABCDEF fastboot
6. Enter the command to unlock the bootloader:
fastboot oem unlock
On the smartphone screen, you will be prompted to confirm the unlock by pressing the volume up. Press the volume up.
7. Reboot your smartphone using the command fastboot reboot
Wait for the system to boot up, then turn off the smartphone and again call the "fastboot" mode by pressing the key combination up and down power, selecting from the appeared text menu bootloader option "fastboot".
8. Copy the image twrp_bl7000.img to the folder with ADB-utilities.
At the command prompt, type:
fastboot flash recovery twrp_bl7000.img
9. Turn off the power of the smartphone while holding the power button for a long time.
Call the loader menu by pressing the volume up keys and power, selecting from the appeared text menu bootloader option Recovery and log in TWRP.
Install SuperSU and reboot into the system (SuperSU installation options can be installed from an external card, or after format via a usb cord using pc)
If twrp at startup asks for a key (password), it means that the data partition is encrypted. It is treated by formatting the Data section

I habe lost the IMEIs of ma BL7000, too. and the same problem.
After bootloop and many other crazy things on my BL7000, now i have installt twrp recovery and cwm recovery. and both are working.
With the rom manager app i was able to reactivate cwm recovery in chines.
now i´m back in the cwm recovery in chines language, but when i want to swap and reload the eMMC i get the info: cwm emmc is busy can´t format, please retry.
I have twrp root, but all tools to restore the IMEI numbers need the root of cwm. I have busybox installt and root checker tells me android have root.
to set the IMEIs by Droid tools v2.5.3 to set the IMEIs by Droid tools v2.5.3 root is not possible, but needet to set the IMEIs.

Thank you for this work!
I struggled, I drooled but I arrived install TWRP and ROOT on Doogee bl7000.
I am not a very great specialist, but I do not like losing.
Respect instructions to the letter, do not skip any line and it works.
I tested different ROMs, I lost the camera, but I installed ROM from here:
https://www.needrom.com/downlo.....m-manufacturer/
I did everything on this ROM, lost nothing.
Very important, do not boot after installing TWRP, first install ROOT from External SD Card.
