Make sure you are on latest firmware
Fastboot :
- Turn off your phone, combine power + vol (-) to enter fastboot
- type " fastboot device " to check devices
- type " fastboot flash recovery TWRP-3.0.2-Lenovo-A6000x32.img "
- type " fastboot reboot "
TWRP :
- reboot into recovery (TWRP)
- select install image
- select TWRP-3.0.2-Lenovo-A6000x32.img
- swipe to install
- and reboot
