This is TWRP 3.0.2 recovery for Doogee X3 running Android 6.0. Works like a charm ! 
UPDATE: I found a working SuperSU (v2.61) to get flawless root access on Android 6.0 for this phone. You can update SuperSU app via PlayStore and can update binaries inside the app without losing root access or get any boot stuck ! Don't try to install actual SuperSU v2.78 directly. It will end in a boot stuck. HAVE FUN with this device !
EDIT: I'm not sure it could be important, but I kept the system partition as read only as I installed SuperSU. Maybe you want to do it also.

i have just flashed the TWRP 3.0.2 so i dont know how it works
You mean, you don't know how to enter ? Press Volume Up button and Power Button at the same time. If you see the Doogee Logo you have to press Volume Down button. Sometimes the Smartphone won't react at the first time. Try again
