I have portet yunos 3.0.5 to our phone
Its very very smooth and stable, but its have 3 bugs
The camerapicture is green, the nicrophone is not working and its only 2g no LTE and 3g
I will post this rom when the bugs are solved but i need HELP for this
I'm sorry but that doesn't work.
After correctly flashing the img file (I get the green checkmark in the flashtool), when I reboot the phone in recovery mode, TWRP never loads.
I have a "resting" bugdroid robot with a "No command" message, that's all. If I try to insist by pushing Vol+ and Power in that situation, I get the Cubot stock recovery. I've never seen TWRP.

I had exactly the same problem. Then I realised the instructions say use power and vol UP to get into recovery! I was using vol down (I'm sure this is what my old phone did!) Hope this helps you or someone else!
Thanks for these instructions – now got my X12 running R19 rooted. I upgraded to R19 using the standard OTA first, then rooted.

Compré 2 x12 cubot para mis hijos, he tratado de instar a la recuperación como en el manual, he experimentado varias "recovery.img" inclusiva. Pero cada vez que intento entrar en el modo de Recovery, el mensaje de error "no command".
Me he hecho root con la Kingo, pero lo que quería era instalar el CM12.
Ayuda por favor
