Twrp for UMIDigi F1 (128gb Rom, 4gb Ram)
Twrp 3.2 ported for new device
Version A = Traditional Twrp
Version B = Twrp By material design
A) Procedure For Flashtool :
Copy and replace the original in the firmware folder
Run flashtool and select the scatter of the firmware of Umidigi F1
Flag only the recovery and make download and now connect the usb cable with the device…take the button of volume + in the same time….when the progress of flash in flashtool start release the button level volume +….
To obtain The Right Root on the 6771 Mtk Device follow these instructions:
Install:
1) Copy to Micro SDCard the file "Magisk-v17.3.zip"
2) Flash the "recovery.img" using SP FlashTool
3) Wipe Data 2 times and enter always after reboot in recovery twrp
(do not reboot in system android)
4) reboot and reenter in twrp mode and Install Magisk.17.3.zip
5) Reboot to the Android System
6) to receive right root at 100% in the play store install Busybox app and install after installed the app the binary in partition system.
Probably magisk version 18 is not good for this device use magisk 17,X.zip version

Can flash Magisk in TWRP, but system dont get root and magisk. Try to patch boot and flash with flashtool, but dont work too…. I think that is a encription problem. Twrp or disable encription-zip dont work properly.

Encountered this (also in attached image): ERROR : STATUS_PRELOADER_INVALID (0xC0030004)
Any thoughts? My bootloader is unlocked; the Umidigi screen has some small text saying "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted".
Belay my last; all it took was using a more up to date version. (5.1808 versus 5.1904).
Having problems. I'm trying to install images in TWRP but there are only three partitions visible: nvram, Boot, and Recovery. Each of those are too small to actually install ROM images. The actual storage is not an option.
Hi. After I flash the recovery (need to press Vol + while you connect the phone to start flashing) I can't enter Recovery mode… after the 5 seconds warning it reboots
1 I flash the recovery
2 unplug the phone
3 Vol + and Power
At this point I've tryed diffrent combinations Vol ( + ) and power after 10 seconds holding them my phone restarts. If y relese the power button while still holding Vol (+) the phone also restarts after the 5 second delay orange warning.
Now I'm Redownloading test1 and test2 recoveries since I've had corrupted files in my downloads these last days

Can you please explain step by step on how to install this on the UMIDIGI F1. I cannot install this and some what confusion. Please help
Also where is the scatter file for the UMIDIGI F1? I only see for the MT6771
