Can I flash it through Flashify app?
Yes off course , if not try Rashr or mobile uncle tool from Play Store . Select update recovery to flash but must be in img file .

what mean CN actually?
There are firmware for ROW （rest of world ) and CN (Chinese) partition for S650 . Choose wisely before u install rom.
