Choose firmware upgrade
Flash lk.bin From the original rom. Its the screen drivers

try with v2 scartter file
even with the new flash tool and new scatter it dosnt install the rom it give me some error like pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded

Choose Firmware upgrade and not Download only! Then check preloader and load preloaderxxxxxxxxx.bin from cm12.1 folder. And flash lk.bin from original ROM
