Here is a backup of the Original Stock Firmware for Ulefone U5 phone (Quad Core MTK6582 version with 4GB flash memory).
This is a AOSP with touchwiz launcher based on the Android 4.4 KitKat.
In the rar file, you have the folder contain the firmware files flashable with the new V5 SP Flashtool include on the archive file.

Voici la copie du firmware original du smartphone Ulefone U5 (version Quad Core MTK6582 – 4Go de mémoire interne).
Il s'agit d'une interface graphique basée sur l'AOSP avec launcher touchwiz avec la version d'android 4.4 KitKat.
Dans le fichier rar, il y a un dossier contenant les fichiers du firmware flashable avec la nouvelle version 5 du SP flashtool inclu dans l'archive.

I think it's a kernel problem. Try to use another boot.img from other Ulefone U5 ROM. Hope it will work, good luck
