Flash the ZIP file (don't undpack it) with ROOTJOY (prefered) or through Custom Recovery.
Instructions: (you flash it 100% at your own risk!)
Start ROOTJOY on your computer. Connect phone, hit flash, select other ROM, select the file "UMI ZERO_YUNSO3.0.3_s7yler.zip" and flash it via ROOTJOY, then just wait till it is done, the format and flashing can take some time! dont interrupt it!

The ROOTJOY recovery menu on the phone, can be accessed by holding POWER + VOLUME DOWN together, when the ZERO logo is displayed let off the POWER button, while you still hold down the VOLUME DOWN button. After few seconds you should be in the ROOTJOY recovery.

I have tried with jbart but the rom is only cn/en again and i didn't get any error from jbart.

If Yes, it would have lots of issues. Specially battery drain and wifi issues is too high ….

I launch file explorer, double click my file ".avi", i have a black screen that open and after 10 s return to file explorer but not the video.

I don't think it plays avi files, for avi, try to install mx player from the play store, and use that player to play avi files.
