Untick preloader i SP Flash Tool before you flash, I recommend not to flash the preloader.

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe (I use v5.13.52)
- Select a the Scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Untick Preloader (DON'T flash the Preloader!)
- Turn off your phone
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)"
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable. (together with holding Vol down)
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Is UMI Zero rooted from the manufacturer or installing the Rom with SP flash tools i won't need it rooted ?

I have problem with 3D live weather (sheep) widget on my Umi Zero. It cannot find my current city. When I search my city, it writes `Network is not aviable`. So my Umi cannot show me real weather.
How can I reinstall again? Or do you offer me any solition?
