1. Your Phone is Totally Dead / Bricked or any unseen foreseen problems
2. You can't able to install CWM Recovery.
3. Some Problem with boot.

1. Your Phone is Totally Dead / Bricked

This is due to lack of knowledge in flashing or flashing wrong images to wrong device. So what to do to make the device again run after bricked / dead?

Tools required for this Operation:

• Full Spice ROM 

   — Already rooted and CWM Recovery installed

• Pandora 2 ROM Mod

       —- Already rooted and CWM Recovery installed 

             —- PurePerformances™X + PureAudio™ 1.0 – STUDIO + Pure_Graphic_HD installed

             —- Unwanted Apps removed and some necessary apps are included

• MIUI ROM Mod (3.11.1)

• Other Tools Needed

Steps:-

 a) Extract Full Spice ROM or Pandora 2 ROM Mod, SP Flash Tool and VCOM Driver in desktop.

 b) Switch off Your phone and remove battery.

 c) Open Device manager in PC. (Start-> run -> "devmgmt.msc")

 d) Connect the phone to PC.

 e) In device manager you can find a yellow line appear after the phone is connected. "MT65xx preloader".

 f) Right click on it and click update. Browse to Desktop and click next to update. A red box will come, press continue installation. Then disconnect the phone and put the battery in. But don't switch on.

 g) Open SP Flash tool folder and click on Flash_Tool.exe

 h) Browse to the scatter File MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc_PMT.txt in Full Spice ROM folder.

 i) Make sure all are checked except USRDATA. Then press Download button.

 j) Then connect your switched off mobile. Then you can see some progress is going on in blue and red.

 k) If nothing happens, remove battery and reconnect the phone to USB.

 l) After getting a green circle. You are done.

Njoy your new Alive Handset.

2.You can't able to install CWM Recovery

Successfully Tested by me.

Steps:-

Follow the steps described above from a) to g).

h) Download Recovery.img from the above link. and put it with the scatter file you download from above link.

 i) Browse to the recovery you have downloaded.

j) Make sure the PRELOADER and RECOVERY is checked.

 k) Click on download button and connect your switched off phone. Green Circle indicates the successfully completion of the work.

Flash boot.img download from the above link and following the above information.

hey u can add some things in your blog if u want. While flashing the rom using sp flash tools if someone gets the BROM error which i was getting… Then instead of download option use firmware upgrade…. Check all the files including usrdata… Your rom will get flashed…. But then u will see that your internal Memory will get less around 2gb….for than go to settings-storage-erase internal memory… Hope this helps
