how do we install this update?

I tried to use SP flash the same way i used it to install the official rom from this site (by using the scatter-file) text but sp flash will give me the error saying *ERROR : STATUS_SCATTER_FILE_INVALID (0xC0030001)

Vou recomendar os conterrâneos brasileiros para não comprarem celular Ulefone, pois pra que ter um smartphone que não conseguimos acessar a ROM para instalação.
