We went into TWRP recovery
-> clean -> Advansed clean
-> Cleaning -> Custom Cleaning
Select the checkboxes:
-Dalvik Cache ART
-System
-cache
-Data
Next Install (adjust) choose our SD card and in it the firmware, confirm, wait, reboot,estable no bug, .install open_gapps-arm-7.1-pico-20161217.zip (114,45 MB)

Where can we know the features andbugs of this ROM? Does alarm ring when phone is off?
En el foro de 4 pda rusia tienes toda la informacion incluso las mismas rom en formato 64 bit,respecto ala alarma no se que decirte no e probado
The ROM is very fast and snappy. The alarm DOES NOT ring when the phone is off (possibly a hardware limitation). There are no obvious bugs.
Also, the ROM is 32bit. So you'll need 32bit TWRP to install it.
SIM cards do not work for calls or sms
Sorry, I had a problem with the IMEI, it works perfectly.
After installing it, I found some problems:
1. Alarm doesn’t ring with phone off. It’s not a hardware limitation: with the stock rom, alarms work even with phone off.
2. I had TWRP 64 bits, and after installing this rom I couldn’t access recovery.
3. It comes with russian language, so you have to imagine where is the language setup.
It looked great, but finally I had to flash a stock rom and the antimalware patch.
You just need to flash the 32bit TWRP on this site with spflashtool and it will work again. Yes, default language is Russian, but it's not hard to figure how to change it.

He descargado el PatchCamera.zip, lo he instalado en un dispositivo y ha funcionado correctamente, pero en otro no. En este último he instalado una pack de aplicaciones de google.
Por otro lado tienes localizado algún APK para Radio FM que funcione.

correcto de utrera si señor¡¡¡¡creo que lo de la camara tambien se soluciona instalando camu lo tienes en google play store,lo de la radio puedes probar con al guna gapps que la tengan o echar un vistaso en xda
existe una apk de radio spirit fm intenta buscarla y descargarla fuera de play store ,busca en xda o htcmania suerte
