iam always in roaming network but every time when i m making calls always gets roaming alerts that you are in roaming want to call, agree or cancel,can anybody help to turn that alerts off

Is the french language OK?
Will this erase all my data, photos and everything when I apply this ROM?
I really want a deodexed ROM without erasing data, because the one that came with my A806 has too much Chinese.
