Does anyone know why i can't configure manual proxy for a wifi network.I selected the wifi network then proxy->manual and i wrote the hostname and port then hit complete and it doesn't remain saved.Only in vibe 1631 i have this problem.

Same problem with other post 1622 VibeUI rom, aggressive backgorund process killer. instant messengers don't work anymore when it's been idling for an extended period of time.
