I’m just sharing the rom
STEPS
- 1st download vibeui3.0 1604
- flash it via custom recovery
- after flashing rom flash stock recovery via custom recovery
- then rename it to update.zip and put it in the root of internal memory
- open system update
- from menu choose Toolkit
- then select Reboot into recovery mode
- from recovery mode select apply update.zip
- then it will take some time then restart
- Now download vibe 3.1 from link
- rename it to update.zip and put it in the root of internal memory
- then repaeat the steps marked in red colour

I hv installed it following ur approach. However i am unable to install custom recovery. And i am getting gapps issue
Unless and until there is a recovery based on 6.0 u cant install recovery
And gapps
No official version has gapps

There is still no a custom recovery based on 6.0 friend. It will come when Lenovo officially release the Android M.
