Root, Gapps, Boot img in the Rar
- extract rar
- copy 2010-01-01–03-25-06_VIBEUI_V3.5_1624_7.107.1_DEV_K50-T5 folder to SD card -> TWRP -> Backup -> K50-T5 folder
- Copy to SD card SuperSU, Gapps and Boot
- Wipe Dalvik, System, Cache, Data
- Restore VibeUI 3.5
- Install Boot img
- Install SuperSU and Gapps
- Reboot

Tips
The update does not erase the data, but please make a backup of important data, in order to avoid data loss caused by a failed upgrade!

This is a great ROM. I had no trouble upgrading to it by simply following the instructions.
Nova launcher works without problems.
I previously save a TWRP copy and using Titanium save my apps, 3 of which would not reload, otherwise no problems

if clockworkmode does not supp to flashed boot.img. try flashed twrp 3.0 zip file then reboot to recovery again. or u can try install rashr app then select boot.img
i follow istruction to flash rom.everything work, but occasional google app err popup.
before flash new system, custom backup ur data and nvram.
then start to wipe system, data, delvik cache, cache, restore 1624dev, flash boot fix, supersu, gapps, then wipe delvik cache/cache. reboot device to let it run for about 5min u will c the step.
tested on 1624dev:
gps,otg,doudble click wake scr, wifi, data network, bt, fm,
if u want led notification work on other instant apps or gmail.
use rootexplorer edit build.prop file find out below line:
ro.lenovo.region=prc #change word "prc" to "row". reboot thats will do.
charging volt too slow, go inside system/etc/
delete the folder ".tp" reboot thats will be better.
one more thing, this rom do not del any chinese apps.so u must del it.
if any guy found problem with data network or wifi. just restore ur previous vram will do. so i must telling u backup ur working wifi/data network before flash new rom.

when i flashed opengapps pico 20160612,then wipe delvik cache/cache. not such buggy popup "google play service has been stop running."any more upto now. so far everything seems ok. battery drain a bit more than 1622st on my tested.
dammed it. the google play service stop error came fequently again. i think the vibeui rom has some conflicted with google play service. i hate that.
