   This is an amateur job. Wouldn't recommend downloading.
   Just flash recovery & root the device yourself and get latest SuperSu = done.
   Much cleaner than this sloppy backup image.

     I bougth a viewsonic v500 from Hong Kong and I tried to use in Mexico but the carrier doesn´t work in 3G (just 2G)

     Do you have any idea how can I unlock the carrier block?

   Hi people

   Hope you are doing well

   I have a problem with this phone (viewsonic V500) when I inserted the SIM the phone just can get 2G signal and not 3G. I am trying to connect to Telcel in Mexico and according to the caracteristics of the phone and the carrier, I think they have compatibility.

   Do you have any idea how can I fix this problem?

     @Josafath: Maybe wrong sim slot? Have you checked in the other one?

     My question to the forum members (I'm sorry if not the proper place for asking it) – does this device supports the Speech to Text feature? I can't use it anywhere (either in text message or in an notepad) – the microphone button is not active.

     set network feature:

     NETWORK MODE DEFAULT

     set preferred network type:

     WCDMA only

     gets trick to me in EUROPE

     not working 2g-3g combo just wcdma 3g

   I'll reply myself – install Google Play! – now the voice search works. I don't know why it wasn't installed by default…

   Now I have trouble to root this device: KingRoot (mobile) Kingo Root (at windows) and VRoot (Windows) – always root failed.

   Additional info: driver installed – connection between phone and computer works, USB debugging on.
