There is some stuff for removing viruses and bloatwares from february ROM (20170217). On 4PDA forum is instructions, but I didnt include official ROM and TWRP because you have it here on needrom. There is removal of stuff as optional.
Here is instructions (translated with google translate):
1) Install TWRP (I installed the second method)

You are right. It is lowered to 8 gb. It seems that on 4pda have the same problem. But…seems that there is no viruses and pop-up ads.
I only use few apps and I have a micro SD, so I didnt have problem with lowered internal storage.

I will upload a new firmware from september 2017. It seems clean, but I cannot guarantee it. So if you want 16 gb of internal storage, you can have it from a new firmware.
But remember, I am not shure is there a virus or malware and those patches will not help if there is.

Hola puedes explicarme como se instalan los parches? ya tengo el firmware con malware instalado…el penultimo ya que el de septiembre no sé porque no me deja instalarlo.
