DESCRIPTION
This is custom rom for VONINO EGO QS ( aka xiaocai x9 ) ATENTION !!! i never tested on xiaocai x9 but its actually the same phone, soo i presume it must work…
This is a tutorial about how you can revive / update your phone soo use it at your own risk !!!
tools needed :
1. SP_Flash_Tool this version only ! : v313120139 link : 3
2. the right drivers for XP / VISTA / WIN7 : link : 2
3. the rom itself: link 1
First of all you must install the driver
After that , open SP_Flash_Tool and select the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc from the rom folder.
First of all we want the phone formated, soo in order to do this we chose format tab and select whole flash.. hit ok
take out the battery , insert a sd card ( i recommend a minimum 2gb sd card max 8gb) then connect the usb cable
and wait… finally you will get a green circle on the screen.. green is good
we can continue..
disconnect your phone , and from the SP_Flash_Tool we must select DOWNLOAD , hit the download button and connect the usb cable… at this point we must wait and don't touch anything untill we get the green circle again !
If everything went well, you can disconnect your phone from the usb cable , put the battery inside and power on the phone.
finally you will get a working phone, but most probably with no network due to no imei numbers…
ok we will fix that using MtkDroidTools :
first of all the phone need's to be power on and we must connect the usb cable… wait for the program to find your phone , and after it find's it you must first of all APPLY ROOT and wait for the program to do his job
if the process hangs out more than 3-4 min's just unplug and reconnect the usb cable and you have a rooted phone…
now you must press IMEI/NVRAM and suply the two (2) imei numbers ( you can find those under the battery ).
hit ok hit reboot and voila ! you have a working phone with working network !
You reach this page because you f***ed up your phone !!! Donate and after PM me for the rom file…
Have a nice day !
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
BROM ERROR: S_STORAGE_NOT_MATCH (3183)
How to solve this error?
It works verry well on VONINO EGO QS but is not a custom rom. is Official ROM. No root need, No custom Recovery.
