Flash with included SPFlashTool.
For "Download" button in FlashTool, load default scatter, for "Firmware Upgrade" button, load scatter file with "FU" at the end of name.
CWM recovery is selected by default.
After successful flash do Factory Reset through CWM (power + volume minus)
Tip: Now you can root your W718+ without flashing firmware, just use last version of Framaroot.
Warning! If you have W718J version of this smartphone, you will have Wi-Fi and BT not working!
