This ROM is exactly compatible with 501U.
and you will see no problem, except lack of Gapps. but since this is a Kitkat ROM, everything is really better.

After the upgrade you should shortly receive an OTA update for B007. So far, I haven't ran into no issue on my Mediapad X1.
NOTE: The site is in Chinese but the new firmware does have English as a language choice.
