We go in TWRP recovery
-> wipe -> Advansed wipe
-> Cleaning -> Selective cleaning

ticking : -Dalvik ART Cache

-Data
Next Instal (installation) select our cd-card and on it firmware, confirm, wait , Reboot
After downloading, if you observe friezes of the interface, disable in the settings -> Screen -> Live Display
