DESCRIPTION

Russian and US ROMs for Magic Drawing Pad MDP 1221 (FOTA update). Apparently, "real" model name of this device is 9496G. I am preserving both ROMS in case tcl decides to tighten their security and current downloading method won't work anymore.

Big thanks to vehoelite and his tcl-fota-tool! If you want to download roms yorurself, download the tool from github, copy firmware name in the "Device" field and replace RU or US in the firmware name to your region (e.g. 9496G-2COFCN11), or 96 to 91 for different tablet model (e.g. 9491G-2COFUS11). There are available country codes for 9496G: GB AU AR KR IN JP CN. You can experiment with those combinations! If you don't understand what to do – ask me in the comments if you need ROM for your specific region and I upload it.

Also thanks to Gaming MK from reddit for uploading DA and AUTH files and cracking tcl devices in general. There was no DA files for 9496G model, only for 9491G and 9494G. Judging by the scatter file contents, 9491G DA files should also work with MDP 1221. I've included both folders in the archive, hasn't tried them yet though.
