This rom made from Nubia Z5S (NX503A) official firmaware 2.12. (Multi language)

Install process:
1; Download update.zip and put your SD card
1.1; Connect your phone to PC via USB cable and choose USB Mass storage function
2; Root your phone (If you already rooted your phone jump to part 3)
2.1; Download Kingroot app and install to your phone
2.2; Follow the program instructions and root the phone
3; Install CWM recovery (If you already installed CWM recovery jump to part 4)
3.1 Download this package, unzip, and run Nubia-en.bat file
3.2 Press 2 -> Press Enter -> Press D button -> Press Enter
4; Reboot your phone in recovery mode
4.1; Shut down the phone. After that press volume+ and power button together until the Nubia logo appear. If Nubia logo appeared let off the power button.
5; Make a backup of your phone
5.1; Go to Backup / restore
5.2; Choose Backup to /storage/sdcard0
6; Wipe data / factory reset
7; Wipe cache partition
8; Install update.zip from your SD card
9; Reboot your phone
10; Enjoy!

Before you install anything from Play Store, switch off the auto icon create option in Play Store, otherwise homescreen icons can duplicate.
Go to Play store à Settings à Add icon to homescreen
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Ok! I have a solution on the save problem, but I don't know any possible solution on the inverted contacts problem. Sorry! I'll make a new update package afternoon, and I'll upload here.

So, I have done with the update package. Theoretically, this is the solution on your problem. You will be able to set the google account as default, but it doesn't fix the sort problem. :) I tried and it works for me.

i tryed it now but dosen't works,i can see all contacts list but if i try to open a single contact appear this message "l'app. Nubia Contacts is blocked in modo anomalo" and goes in crash and fprsed close.
the last solution of the problem ,i think, is to goes on gmail account contact list and correct every single contact name-surname/symbols/ surname/symb/-name one by one…eh
i keep in use this rom because everything else work great.

I’m sorry I couldn’t help for you.
You don’t have to rewrite all contact one by one, if you use third party apps on this aim. I use exdialer apps and this is working good. Try it! I know you have to pay for this app, but I don’t have any other idea and I only used this, so I can’t compare to enything.
You can use the contacts+ app. It works fine and its a great app.
The ROM is superb.
Is it compatible with 32gb rom model?
Yes it is, but before you install the update, make a backup on your phone.
