NAVIG rifai tutto il procedimento della guida, ma prima rimetti la recovery originale , fai un reset di fabbrica, e se al riavvio nelle applicazioni trovi " UEI android services sdk (ZTE i3) " disinstallalo perchè sono i driver infrarossi della nubia non funzionanti su rom lollipop,che vanno in conflitto con quelli modificati nella guida sopra che sono testati e funzionanti sul mio z7 max, procedura fatta da me svariate volte ed eseguita fino a ieri dopo reset di fabbrica, porta infrarossi funziona perfettamente, piccolo consiglio nn usare app remote control della nubia perchè installa anche i driver nn funzionanti, usare solo telecomandi del playstore, io uso "zaza remote"

Hi, I have been studying the Italian post by cigno969 . He says that you have to download a hacked file that is no longer available on Internet (deleted) so no chance to solve the issue unless cigno969 could provide it, maybe uploading somewhere so we can get it. That is my conclusion after a very deep looking into many pages and different forums.
I tried to contact him by private message, forum, again private message from the italian forum but no luck. If someone knows the issue, have the file and can share, everyone would appreciate.

i cannot inter android bootup and after show my background photo , reseted phone cannot access anything backup copy and other things
i unbrick with emergency tool
then install twrp recovery
then wipe and reset

Hi! I restored this backup with twrp, but the phone stucks at " updating apps" or something. I also did a factory reset, but still nothing. Is there anyone that managed it to work? Can anyone give step to step guide to do it? Which twrp version should I have?
Enter the twrp manager and delete the folder from the internal memory!
Va in the root of your memory card and Create the following folder TWRP / BACKUPS
Then copy the update folder to the SD card. It will be like this !!
TWRP / BACKUPS / your serial / and the update
Start twrp select restore and change storage for sd card.

hello guys, I am from India recently after long research I found a way to install this rom so follow the steps carefully and enjoy this rom, this rom is stock rom official rom for nubia z7 max.
1. First install TWRP Manager by using (All in one tool for Nubia z7 max created by tigreos) just follow the steps what he mentioned on this tool
2. On that tool select 5th option like (Flash TWRP v 3.0.2.0 Recovery< Support OTA-Root-Unroot-exFAT> mostly select this option only
3.After installing TWRP make a back up of current rom by using TWRP recovery in phone memory only.
4.After completion of back up process just reboot the system.
5.Now connect your mobile to the computer VIA USB Cable
and open phone memory and go to the folder of TWRP and click on this folder you will see another folder like BACKUPS and click on this folder you will see another folder like d006acc5 like click on this folder too after you will see back up of current rom folder just delete that rom folder or in case you dont want that rom other wise copy it on your computer. Now download z7 max v 2.02 rom from need rom and unzip the rom file on your desktop it will be around 1.8 gb after extracting the rom file now copy this rom file and paste it where you deleted the back up of your rom folder.
6. Now just cut the whole TWRP folder on your phone memory and paste it on the sdcard.(you need to insert seperate micro sd card inn your phone).
7. Now enter into Twrp recovery mode by pressing volume + and power button simuntaneously and select advanced wipe and select all options like( cache, cache/dalvik cache,data, system data, internal storage) except sd card and swipe to conform delete it. after completion of full wipe now select restore option in twrp recovery and select TWRP back up folder from external sd card and and select swipe to confirm flash.
8. after successfully complete installation process select reeboot system.
9.Now wait for 15 to 20 minutes u will see logo of Be Yourself in your mobile, if mobile won't on after 20 minutes dont panic press power button 10 seconds mobile will restart this time mobile will on after switch on mobile select back up and reset option and do factory reset after 15 minutes mobile will on now you can select your preferred language and complete whole set up and you can enjoy this rom( in this rom you will not see not even single chinese letter) and this rom had in built playstore and some useful google apps
Note1: on 9th para I mentioned after 20 minutes if your mobile won't on press power button 10 seconds mobile will reboot and on but it switched on and showed text icons and all other things in some mysterious language like (deutsch or italy) so dont panic select languages option in settings option select english for normal user it will take around 5 to 10 mins advanced user can recognise in less than 5 minutes and after do factory reset now u will get normal setup option there you can set up your language according to your prefference
Note2: The TWRP recovery is buggy some times it will not work properly it will freeze the phone you can't select anything on in twrp recovery if you are not able to restore of back up file dont reboot mobile because the mobile won't on because you may have deleted everything on mobile by using twrp so dont panic open Nubia z7 max all in one tool by from tigreos select 5th option in that tool now connect you mobile to the computer press volume down- and power button simuntaneously and select 5th option the mobile will boot into twrp recovery now select the restore option it will work
Note3: after successfuly flashed this rom I have seen some weird things the rom is noot rooted it doesnt have root access by using CPU-Z app I have seen and root checker app also showed it doesnt have root access but when I tried to enter recovery mode it is entering in twrp recovery only by using tigreos tool I flashed stock recovery but it didnt work properly suppose after flashing stock recovery from Tigreos all in tool when you will do factory reset the mobile wont restart it will stuck on that recovery logo only the options also doesnt work that time also you need to press volume down- and press power button simuntaneously by using tigreos tool u need to flash twrp recovery and again you need to flash rom.
Note4: the rom is very smooth and stable but IR blaster, 4k video recording, FM radio are absent but the rom battery back up is verygood by using always 4g mobile data with Dual sim active I am easily getting one day battery back up and around I am getting 5:30 mins screen on time that is pretty good and remaining 10% battery left.
Sorry for my bad english if you find any grammatical errors excuse me and I want to share my knowledge so i have written this article step by step to normal users so follow step by step carefully and you can install and enjoy this rom after long research I found this way. suppose if you want to use IR blaster, FM radio, and 4k video recording just stick with to the COMBO ROM v28.3 it is also very good ROM 99% of this rom is in english only 1% you will find chinese letters and those who BRICKED their mobiles dont panic by pressing volume down-, and press power button simuntaneously you can flash twrp recovery by using tigreos all in one tool.
If you find any other way guys let me know to flash this stock rom and stock recovery any other tools like fastboot rom with QPST TOOL OR NUBIA TOOL If you face any problem comment on tthis section I will try to help you

I have tested both, COMBO ROM v28.3 and this V2.02 version. This one is the best one for people outside China as ZTE team included Google Apps by default and integrated (not a later Gapps installation). With all other versions, even do they are a very good roms, you are going to have problems with syncronization (Whatsapp, Gmail…). It is a really nightmare to configure and at the end, Gmail is not working smoothly.
Finally I have ended to reinstall V2.02, works great, no problems at all. The only drawback is as you mentioned, no 4K recording, no IR functionality and Radio. The best part of this is that you can download the Radio APK and install, it will work out of the box. Moreover, I tested 4K video and video is not fluid so IMO recording in 1080P is much better. The only apk I cannot make it working is IR, so if someone find it how to make it work on this version, please keep us informed.
