just found this rom on russian forum and posted here, all working no bugs very good performance based on android 4.3 note 3 style, flash with cwm wipe data cache and forma system and flash and enjoy. multilanguage rom all languages are present, no gapps needed.

kovaxx21 – The ROM is very good but the sound while listening to music breaks on higher bass settings through headphones. Can you rectify that?

Install Mobileuncle tools from this link:

Download CWM from this link:

Place CWM in the root of your phone sd card.
Run Mobileuncle tools on your phone.
Click 'Recovery Update'
Select the CWM recovery file
Boot into 'Recovery Mode'.
Click Backup/Restore
Backup your existing ROM. (it will be backed up in clockworkmod/backup folder of sd card)
go back and select wipe data/factory reset
do wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache and factory reset
click install zip – install zip sd card – go to the folder with the downloaded ROM zip file
click on it and you are done.
Click restore in CWM recovery to go back to your earlier ROM settings.
Very good rom – the best i have ever had on my 980+. It's fast, smooth and steady. Very good quality of sound during speaks and listenig the music in headphones. gps catched fix in few seconds. However has some bugs for example with touchwiz during deleting one of the desktop. Any way thanks kovaxx21 for your work.
