I know that GPS is hardware problem, but some roms don´t even pick one single signal bar.
That´s why I asked.
Although, Home button does not work , and the rom is really laggy..
Try removing stock launcher and installing something faster. I think its a launcher issue that you have.

It's a really nice looking ROM but it has the same problems as MUI. On second SIM-card slot 3G is not available.

I think the problem is flashing the three zips at same time, flash rom, reboot, start the rom, and then, reboot in recovery and flash gapps and tweak
