DESCRIPTION

Here I present you my Zopo ota ROM for Jiayu G4S. Ported from Zopo 1000

Installation

—————

You must first install official Jiayu kitkat if you come from Jellybean (to make the partitions correct)

Backup your NVRAM and Sec.ro partitions. (better be safe than sorry!) It can be fixed anyway so don't worry.
Transfer my zip rom to your SD. Insert SD in phone.

Reboot phone , enter recovery. (Use mine from here https://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-2-8-4-1-jiayu-g4s/)

Press Wipe (Default one wipe data , davlik , cache – BACKUP impotant data , all will be lost) .

Return to main menu after finished.

Go to install. Choose storage microSD at the middle-bottom

Select correct zip file (G4S_ZOPO.zip) from microSD , Install.

When finished , return to main menu and POWER off phone

Remove microSD and Start phone.

Wait a little bit longer than normal , Rom rebuilding data. Done!

Rom has updated baseband is Deodexed has Superuser (full root) and Busybox support , zipaligned!

※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

i. How to restore your backups after installing a ROM (if you wiped your phone)
- If you just formatted your SD card, don’t forget to copy the “TitaniumBackup” folder (and possibly your license) back from your PC.
- Download Titanium Backup from Market
- If you intend to restore system data (eg: MMS/SMS) from a different phone/ROM, enable the “System data migration” option now.
- Click the Backup/Restore tab
- Click Menu (the button), Batch
- Click “Restore all missing apps + system data
- Reboot your phone
- It’s done ! The only thing you may have to adjust is usually your wallpaper/widgets.

hi batsilos, i have tried this one to liked realy good responsive rom with good software.

like to report tu bugs:

1- camera it have purple color, in dark places in outdoor work fine but on indoor pics it apear in display lots off purple color.

2- art, dont work, wen change phone start in bootloop…

If possible would , if you modify boot.img and replace G4S kernel with G5S.

Seem both phones share similar board!
