Ported G'Five A800 MIUI V5 – 4.2.29 on ZP820
- Gapps included
- Rooted
Install ROM :
flash in clockworkmod recovery
Step 1: Download the custom ROM and copy to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: start phone in recovery (volume+ and power)
Step 3: perform wipe data factory/reset (for upgrade from previous MIUI just do wipe cache and advanced->wipe dalvik cache without factory/reset)
Step 4: install zip->choose zip from sdcard and select the rom zip
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
could i put this ROM on zp700?
Using this rom for a few days now and it seems fast and stable. If you are using two sims you cannot set a default sim through the menus which is not so good. Will keep using for now and would be happy to try a newer version.
Evertything else seems to be working.

I would also like to apologise for only giving it 3 stars it was a mistake with the mouse button. Definately 4 Stars and would be 5 Stars if it was not for the dual sim issue.
Hey, thanks for porting it, it's a great rom. But there is one issue for me – in the messaging app (stock from this rom), it won't show any contact names, only numbers :c any idea how to fix that?
I am using this rom and I have experienced this issue.
I figured it out : just change contact numbers to your national number code, for example, from 86xxxxxxx to +370xxxxxxxx (Lithuania)
imo, best rom so far. didn't have "contact numbers" issue since it's common on some miui ports, and my contacts were already in proper format. it's actually quite smooth. full of xiaomi bloatware sure, but you can remove it. everything worked, at least so far. had some nvram errors on wifi, but those were fixed, so i'm sticking with this rom for the time being. sure is better than the buggy stock one with battery issuse and screen compositing/flashing bugs.
not sure if dual sim is working properly tho, never really used it, so if you're 1-sim kinda guy like me, this is definitely the best rom for you
