Gapps include – Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Tried that ROM, works. But too many Chinese programs I do not understand. Went back to my clean version (sorry SoCr@Te), anyway thank you. I suppose this is the original ROM from a ZP998 delivered after 17.01., still buggy and missing the proposed options (at least I can't find them).
where do you find the clean version? I can't find it

Why in the title it is written “update 03/29/2014 and we download a ZOPO-ZP998-20140117-181430.rar which is a 01/17/2014 old rom?

Seems like a nice rom, however I had a couple of freezes and more importantly there is no way to make SwiftKey (my favourite) my default keyboard

Installed. If you use superuser, in settings, programmer advanced options, you have a rooted rom. We don't need to root with framaroot and install SuperSu. As the HkPhone Revo max 8 Rom, this Zopo rom is rooted, from factory.
Very nice rom, good antutu benchmarh score: 27819. Runs smooth, without any lag. Bluethoot works fine and GPS, after fix, with GPStest, in engeneer Mode, it is very fast to achive the sats. Video Sound bug fixed and photo quality has an improovment. This Rom is very close to HKPhone Revo Max 8 rom, because the gallery is the same, Rom is rooted, however antutu benchmark is mutch better than the HKphone.
I think, now, zopo is in the right way. The best Zopo Zp998 stock rom ever.
