install ROOT permissions/install chinese recovery

1-install ROM:wipe data/factory reset/wipe cache partition/wipe dalvik cache/install zip/chose zip fron sd card 1/install gapps.

2-install gapps:install zip/chose zip fron sd card 1/reboot system now.
