The exact steps may change slightly, but the general process is like this:

Download the ZTE Family Toolbox from here.

Install the tool on your computer.

Put your phone into EDL (9008) mode.

Connect the phone to the computer using a USB cable.

Open the toolbox and select the bootloader unlock option.

Follow the instructions shown in the tool.

Since the tool interface is in Chinese, you may need a translation app to understand the menu.
