DESCRIPTION
Official ROM v3.08 (Android v5).
Very fast – smooth and stable Rom.
Install Rom:
1)First install the Stock Rom Android 5 v2.13.(With new official partition setup.)
2)Enter to stock recovery and makes FULL wipes.
3)Install this Rom v3.08 from stock recovery.
4)DONE.
Install Recovery:
1)Download (Z7 Max All In One Tool Created By Tigreos) UnRAR and run it on your PC.
2)Press one to Install The USB Drivers
3)Turn On USB Debugging Mode To Your Phone.
4)Connect your mobile (mobile to be active) to the computer and select number.
5)DONE.
WARNING:This Tool Works Only For Android v5 Lollipop
Root:
1)Download SuperSU-v2.45.zip and put it to your internal storage.
2)Enter to TWRP recovery and install SuperSU-v2.45.zip.
3)DONE.
Install Google Apps:
1)Download Gapps For Android v5.zip and put it to your internal storage.
2)Enter to TWRP recovery and install Gapps For Android v5.zip.
3)DONE.

This ROM works only with new official partition setup.(Android 5 Rom v2.13 and new releases.)
Do not flash this ROM to the old official partitions.(Android v4.4.2 Rom v1.64 and lower versions.)

Works Fine after Full Wipe and install as suggested, first Boot takes very long Time, but this ROm seem to be multilang even if the translations are still not completed. Even IR is present!
if i try, my IMEI would be work?
i have managed to flash v 2.13 and installed 3.08 but what ever i do i cant seem to install twrp.
i even tried using adb and fastboot commands.
Only ADB command reboot lets me controll the phone, adb devices and fastboot devices show me nothing. :/
1) Tải về TWRP v2.8.6.0 và Rashr flash Tool.UnRAR và đặt hai tập tin vào nội bộ các thiết bị lưu trữ.
2) Cài đặt Rashr – v2.2.8.apk Tool Flash và chạy nó.
3) Chọn "Recovery Từ Storage" và cung cấp cho các tập tin v2.8.6.0.img TWRP, chọn "Yes, Please".
4) DONE.
Can not install Gapps for Android. Phone update packet inspection requirements
can anyone help me to root 3.08 rom..twrp fails to install using rashr tool..it asks for root..thank you in advance..
Am I the only one that has problems with installing twrp recovery?
I had to specify device id for communicating with the phone. I have erased recovery a different flashed but when I reboot to recovery I still have stock recovery.
And please don’t tell me to use rashr, it requires root which I don’t have since I can’t get custom recovery because of my issue.
Help, anyone?
I could install TWRP easy with fastboot for that:
1.UNZIP TWRP.zip file on Windows PC and PUT it in the SAME Folder
2.PUT Phone in download mode: Press and Hold Volume Down (minus) , press Power and release Power and then Volume Keys after Phone Display shows Nubia LOGO
3. connect Phone with USB cable to PC (having installed Drivers)
4. exexute on PC "run.bat" Command and confirm to flash (you will see on PC success of Flash)

i rooted the phone sucessfully and installed twrp..please foolow the steps
install [ROM Brush] Z7 Max third-party Chinese recovery
silence star in ur pc
put the phone in fast boot mode connect to pc
press no 2 in recovery the phone will reboot
again put the phone in fast boot mode press 8 the phone will reboot with cmw recovery in cmw first menu go to last option in the next menu press 2nd root option the phone will get rooted and will reboot..after that flash any ,img file using any third party flash tool like rashr
Thanks guys, solved by using the Chinese cwm tool. In bootloader I used option 2 after it rebooted the phone I picked option 5 (took me to a temporary cwm recovery) flashed supersu and gapps after that in normal boot I used rashr for flashing twrp recovery on phone.
So now everything is as I want it. Cheers guys!
