Install ROM:
1.Download ROM
2.Unzip the contents of the archive into a folder
3.install drivers of W910
4.Turn off the phone
5.Connect USB phone by pressing Vol – (LED blue)
6.On the phone screen, notification requesting to enter fastboot mode (the PC should recognize the phone and offer to install the drivers ADB)
7.Launch \ fastboot_Only_For_Recovery.bat from the PC and wait for the update System Update
8.The phone will restart automatically after the update.
9. For greater stability, perform a second manual reboot
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

You must first install flash recovery clockwork-v6.0.1.5 by fastboot_Only_For_Recovery.bat
than install rom using .bat W910-32598-touchwiz.rar
Should i root my phone before i install the rom?

Hard to find ROMs for Haier W910, only some chinese sites have them and are sometimes hard to google-translate. I didn't install the ROM from this page but I'm using exactly the same ROM (downloaded from chinese sites) and I can say it's very smooth and stable. My only wishes would be:
- more languages
- android 4.1 or later

There's no 'fastboot_Only_For_Recovery.bat' in the unziped folder!!!

this rom is really good, battery life extended very awesome…
but its have a problem with keyboard… sometimes when I want to write somthing keyboard won't show up and google voice will showing up… I tested more then 10 keyboards and disabled the google voice but its still there..
how did you install this ROM? I cannot install recovery post root. and it doesnot give me option to install TWRp or CWM recovery
