NOTE:
* This is a TWRP backup by v3.0.0-3 (most recent version), so flash TWRP v3.0.0-3 if you don't have it before flashing this rom.
* I have provided the flashable zip file for the TWRP in case you need it. Just install it via your current custom recovery.
Installing Instructions:
- Download the rom zip and EXTRACT it
- Copy the folder "TWRP" into INTERNAL MEMORY
- Boot into TWRP Recovery *Do not wipe anything*
- Go to Restore > Select Storage > Select internal memory > OK
- Select the "SLICK-1613-ROW-SHENGE" Package > Swipe to restore
- Wait till it completes > Reboot system… Done!

If yes, how do u fix it?
Just backup your rom and tick nvram, and than only restor nvram. But first install twrp 3.0.0-3

You want a stable rom, but ported from a different device. But I'm afraid no custom "Ported" rom is stable.

It's derived from 1613 ST, but I added multilanguage, and so named it as "ROW"

I adjusted my language in german but there is nothing in german just remained in english.
Do I need something else set to or install?
and why titanium backup does not show what is installed,cause I can not find google contact to turn off this.
Inside titanium backup, goto Backup/Restore Tab.
You'll find the installed apps there.
*If the list is empty, press the search icon on top-right, clear anything on the text box, and press enter.
