Install ROM :
- Download WiseLinkTool
- Extract, launch by opening WiseLinkTool.exe inside installation folder
- Select No Register Login and click ok
- Click on the button with… to load scatter file (Scatter files can either be in .txt or .sca format)
- Navigate and select the scatter file of the device you want to flash/unbrick or upgrade
- Tick the required partition to flash (Tick all for complete flash or upgrade)
- Click Download Button and connect phone to PC
- When process is complete,the phone will reboot or start charging depending on the option selected After Downloaded

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6797_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your tablet.
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your tablet into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your tablet and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

There is no google apps inside the package.
Can anyone confirm whether this ROM works on 'Alcatel Flash 3' aka 'TCL 598 / FL03' ? I googled 'TCL Flash 3' and it shows up as some other 4.6" smartphone while FL03 is a 5.5" Dual camera smartphone.
After wasting a lot of time, I have some good news and bad news.
Good news is that these roms work with Alcatel Flash 2017 aka FL03. This one -

The bad news is that every rom here sucks. ROM 1, 2, & 3 have all the features, but are too slow/laggy and drain the battery within a few hours making them unusable. ROM 4 & 5 are fine speed wise, but still drain the battery a lot. ROM 4 & 5 have no Gapps builtin (not even keyboard), and I wasn't able to install Gapps zip from stock recovery. I had to manually install gapps with apk files after installation, and playstore for some reason doesn't download anything, so I had to resort to 3rd party app stores like yalp & aptoide. Make sure your factory reset from inside the OS before flashing the new rom otherwise you wont be able to bypass Android FRP due to no keyboard installed. All the roms are prototype versions, and not retail / official release versions, so if you already have a working rom, I don't suggest you flash your device with these.
I hope this info helps someone else in future, and I'd really appreciate if someone can upload a stable retail version ROM for this device. Thanks!
Hi. Im still looking for the stock stable firmware for this phone. It's a nightmare to use right now. I'd like to use the device instead of just throwing it away, so I'll appreciate it a lot if someone can upload a stable firmware for this phone.
