Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

This is rom update..
1) Unpack Rom Zip, FlashTools
The process will start and a RED -> PURPLE -> YELLOW -> GRAY
Green circles display
2) Click on Flash_tool.exe
3) Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
4) Options –> Option… –> Connection / Select 'USB -> High Speed'
–> Download -> Check 'DA DL All with Checksum'
5) Turn off your phone
Not remove the battery
Unplug USB cable
6) Download button Click
7) Connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable
9) Finish !
** Rom update is factory reset.. (Update X, New Install O)

Not at my UMI Hammer, i did as described 1- 7 and the Display showes the Batt-Status. No action at the flash-tool.
Flashing with Rootjoy ends in error 7
Who can help me?
You need to get out the battery no matter whats instructed here. just remove the battery wait 10 seconds and put it back, connect the USB cable and you should be fine and the update progress starts
did you upgrade your phone?
I follow instruction but still won't upgrade after loaded scatter file hit download (firmware upgrade) install the battery plug usb to PC nothing happen.
I have the mtk driver installed from rootjoy and when I load the mtk tools to install the firmware it doesn't detect the phone and proceed to install it. NOthing happens.
Can you include the phone driver perhaps to help install the firmware or does rootjoy's driver is enough?

HEre are the phone drivers that worked for me. Follow the tutorial.
By the way, just for you guys to know,
UMI HAMMER – Update 04/27/2015 has superSU installed. Rooted and with gapps.

not see any imporvement after installed… did you see any improvement? with Update 04/27/2015 file
you will need the latest flashtools – otherwise can't read the scatter file
Make sure you select upgrade instead default downoad and it will work.
