It's the kernel source, not a whole ROM, but the kernel source seems complete.
You can’t expect very fast results. Even Mediatek worked more than 6 months on KitKat.
yes, of course! right now, the only important thing is to be 100% sure that the source is complete, otherwise it will end like all the other mediatek devices in the past. If it is, then for sure some time is needed to develop a proper kitkat rom.,, but porting of existing ones could be possible, and that would be a huge plus!

You should compile tis before posting ROM to the site.
First I owed nothing to anybody. And secondly, maybe I should compile a kernel for each?
So don't upload scrap to the site or compile the kernel!
