The Acer BeTouch E100 is an entry level windows phone designed by Acer for masses. The phone features touch sensitive wheel, quite like the iPod from Apple. The phone lacks Wi-Fi and 3G onboard and has a poor screen that fails to impress. Overall it does try to capture the entry level phone market with its low price tag.
